Crafty Innovates - Q2 - 2025 | Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Crafty Innovates is our quarterly virtual meeting for innovators across the wider legal ecosystem - in-house, private practice, tech, and beyond!

About the session

Since January, the InterLaw Diversity Forum has been gathering feedback from across the legal sector, to build an understanding of how firms and in-house teams are responding to recent diversity headwinds. Daniel Winterfeldt MBE KC (Hon), the founder and Chair of the InterLaw Diversity Forum, will share insights into how organisations are adapting their approach to talent and culture in the current landscape. The session will consider the impact recent events are having at an organisational and individual level in private practice firms and in-house teams. Daniel will also bring to life the factors that are helping to maintain trust and pride among diverse talent and allies right now, and the factors that have left some staff feeling let down.
