How much are Crafty Fest tickets?

When you’re between roles, we believe that you probably need the chance to connect with the community and find some support. If you’re currently in this situation, then get in touch with us to see how we can help you to join one of our events.

I'm booking for my team. Do you have any discounts available and how do I access it?

We're so excited you'll be joining us as a team! We have the following discounts available for teaming bookings:

• For teams of three or more, you can receive a 10% discount from the prevailing ticket prices.

To access the discount, you will need to progress booking as an individual. During the process, you'll be able to add additional people to your booking. Once you've added your team members, the discount code will be revealed so you can add it before payment.

When will I receive my ticket to Crafty Fest?

You will be sent a QR code via email a week before the event.

Can I bring my children?

We're offering free on-site childcare at Crafty Fest again this year. Childcare is organised by award-winning provider, Nipperbout. You'll be able to apply for this during your ticket booking. 

Please do not bring your children to the event unless they've been pre-registered.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a cancellation to your ticket for a full refund, within 30 days of purchasing. Unless the ticket is purchased within 30 days of the event, in which case tickets are non-refundable. If you are not eligible for a refund you may be able to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague, subject to that person meeting the eligibility criteria for the event (e.g. in-house lawyer) and our approval. Please contact us for further details.

Where is Crafty Fest held?

Crafty Fest is held at Regent's University London. The closest tube stations are Baker Street and Regent's Park.

I'm travelling from outside of London. Where can I find a hotel?

We've teamed up with HotelMap to give you access to the best stays at hotels near the Crafty Fest venue.

What is Crafty Learns at Crafty Fest?

Crafty Learns at Crafty Fest is an additional day of content happening on the 3rd of June dedicated to learning and education. With a series of interactive workshops held across the day, it provides you the opportunity to focus on your development and dive deeper into more technical or specific legal topics.

Crafty Learns is taking place on the 3rd of June.

Is the price of Crafty Learns at Crafty Fest included in my ticket price?

If you purchase a two-day ticket then Crafty Learns at Crafty Fest will be included in your ticket price. However, if you purchase a one-day ticket then you will only receive access to the main event on the 4th of June. 

What sessions will be at Crafty Learns?

How do I book a space for Crafty Learns?

Access to Crafty Learns at Crafty Fest is included in the two-day ticket price. You will be able to select your a two-day ticket when you begin registration and then choose the workshops you'd like to attend during the registration process.

What is the dress code?

Anything from smart casual to full on festival vibes! However, we do discourage suits and ties.

Will there be somewhere I can take a call or do some work?

Yes, we will have a work zone where you can find a quiet space to get some work done.
